The predecessor project, Gaur Chrysalis (Phase 1), is separately RERA-registered under UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025, and that number does not apply to Gaur Plume / Gaur Alaris. Don't confuse the two RERA numbers. Gaur Chrysalis (Phase 1) — the sold-out predecessor — is registered under UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025. That number is NOT this project's. Gaur Plume / Gaur Alaris (Phase 2) has its own, separate registration: UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026.
