Yes, same project. Nothing happened to it — it simply moved from pre-launch to RERA-registered, and took its official registered name, Gaur Alaris. All the pre-launch facts on this site (location, theme, developer) carry over; the status, RERA number (950965) and possession (09-06-2031) are now confirmed rather than pending.
Is Gaur Plume the same as Gaur Chrysalis?
No. Gaur Plume and Gaur Chrysalis are two separate, distinct projects at Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway by Gaurs.
