i The address

Sector 22D, the Expressway spine.

Sector 22D lies on the Yamuna Expressway in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh — toward the northern, Pari Chowk / Greater Noida end of the corridor. It is one of the region's most deliberately master-planned belts, with wide expressway access and a planned mix of residential, institutional and industrial catchments taking shape alongside.

From here the Yamuna Expressway runs directly toward Greater Noida and Pari Chowk to the north, and onward to Noida and Delhi-NCR, while the now-operational Noida International Airport anchors the corridor to the south. All distances and directions are per the developer's material and should be verified independently against current mapping.

Beyond the road network, public transit along the corridor is planned but not yet operational. These are forward-looking proposals and timelines per public plans; treat them as planned only and verify independently.

The Ghaziabad–Jewar RRTS (regional rapid transit) is proposed to run along the corridor and terminate at the airport, with an indicative horizon of around 2030. Noida Metro Aqua Line extensions toward the corridor are also planned. None of these are operational today; nothing here is a guarantee of delivery.

? Questions, answered

Location — FAQ.

How far is Gaur Plume from Noida International Airport?

Gaur Plume, at Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway, is around 15–16 km from the now-operational Noida International Airport via the Yamuna Expressway, per the developer's material. Commercial flights began June 2026; actual drive time depends on traffic, so verify distances independently.

Is Gaur Plume on the Yamuna Expressway?

Yes. Gaur Plume sits directly on the Yamuna Expressway corridor at Sector 22D, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, with direct expressway access at the site frontage — near the northern, Pari Chowk / Greater Noida end of the corridor.

Is public transport planned near Gaur Plume?

Yes, but nothing is operational yet. The Ghaziabad–Jewar RRTS is proposed to run along the corridor and terminate at the airport, with an indicative horizon of around 2030, and Noida Metro Aqua Line extensions toward the corridor are also planned — both are forward-looking proposals, not guarantees, and should be verified independently.

How far is Gaur Plume from Greater Noida and Delhi-NCR?

Gaur Plume connects to Greater Noida and Pari Chowk to the north and onward to Noida and Delhi-NCR via the Yamuna Expressway; the full corridor from Greater Noida to Agra runs 165 km, per Gaursons' own corridor page. Exact travel times depend on traffic and should be checked independently.

? The airport, plainly

Airport questions, answered.

Is Noida International Airport operational?

Yes — commercial flights have been operating since 15 June 2026. IndiGo flew the first services, Akasa Air joined on 16 June, and Air India Express also flies from the airport; by early July the schedule stood at roughly 40–45 daily flights across 16–17 destinations, with international operations targeted for end-2026. Phase 1 is rated for about 12 million passengers a year.

Is Jewar airport bigger than IGI?

Not by passenger numbers — IGI Delhi's projected maximum sits near 100 million passengers a year, while Jewar begins at about 12 million and reaches roughly 70 million at full scale. Measured in land, the order reverses: the master plan spreads Noida International Airport beyond IGI's roughly 5,300 acres over its later phases, positioning it to become India's largest airport by area. The two will serve NCR in parallel — one does not replace the other.

How many runways does Noida International Airport have?

A single runway carries Phase 1; the master plan provides for five once the airport is fully built, set against the four at IGI Delhi today. The count is meant to grow with the corridor itself, in step with capacity rising from about 12 million passengers a year toward some 70 million.

Gaur Plume se Jewar airport kitna kilometre hai?

Developer ke material ke anusaar, Sector 22D se Noida International Airport (Jewar) Yamuna Expressway ke raste karib 15–16 km hai. Airport ab chalu hai — commercial flights 15 June 2026 se shuru ho chuki hain. Yeh doori developer ki batayi hui hai; kisi bhi faisle se pehle current map se khud verify karein, aur minute-wale daavon par bharosa na karein — samay traffic par nirbhar karta hai.
