Has Gaur Plume Launched Yet?

No. Gaur Plume is still a pre-launch project as of July 2026. The building plan for the project is sanctioned, and Expression of Interest (EOI) registration is open — but the formal launch, with a RERA-registered Agreement for Sale, has not happened. Registering an EOI puts you on the priority list for the pre-launch pack and, later, unit selection. It does not book, reserve or purchase a unit.

If any listing or broker tells you Gaur Plume has "launched" with confirmed allotments, treat that claim with caution and verify directly with our sales desk before paying anything.

Gaur Chrysalis — the butterfly-themed, 7-tower project at the same Sector 22D address — is an earlier, separately registered project that is now sold out. It carries its own RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025, which belongs to that project alone and does not apply to Gaur Plume. Gaur Plume is a distinct new project — sometimes nicknamed "Gaur Chrysalis 2.0" by buyers and brokers — with its own building plan, its own 8-tower peacock-themed design, and its own RERA registration being obtained separately.
