The pre-launch chapter opens — EOI live, RERA in motion, floor plans out on WhatsApp

Gaur Plume's pre-launch is officially open for expressions of interest. Both themed residences — 3 BHK (approx. 1,600 sq ft) and 4 BHK (approx. 2,000 sq ft) — carry the indicative pre-launch rate of ₹8,499/sq.ft. Behind the scenes, the project's RERA registration is being obtained; the building plan itself is already sanctioned. If you want to see how the peacock theme actually reads on paper, both floor plans are being shared personally over WhatsApp with everyone who registers — no payment, no booking, just the story so far.
